By entering the contest, each Contestant is indicating his/her agreement to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Details of the Contest and Participation:

• The contest #MojSuperstarHunt will commence on 15th July, 2021 12:00 AM (IST) and will end on 15th September, 2021 23:59 pm (IST).
• The Superstar Hunt will have 3 rounds - Audition, Semi Finale and Finale.
• Participation Guidelines for a valid entry:
  • Contestant must use #MojSuperstarHunt along with the category specific hashtags in the video caption to make it a valid entry. Videos that are submitted in the wrong category shall not be considered.
  • Only entries submitted in the campaign time frame shall be considered for review.
  • It is expressly clarified that any entry which falls under any of the following criteria will not be considered a valid entry under these Terms and will be immediately disqualified from the contest:
    • Image/video/text containing objectionable or obscene content (such as pornography, nude pictures, objectionable gestures, etc.;
    • Image/video/text containing offensive or inflammatory content such as swear words or content that explicitly or implicitly demonstrate discrimination based on colour, community, caste, creed, nationality etc.;
    • Image/video/text that contain politically themed images such as photographs of political leaders, party signs, symbols or logos;
    • Comments accompanying the image/video that contain any of the above content;
    • Any comment or image/video that contains content which violates copyright laws or the intellectual property rights of a third party.
    • Any Image/video/text that is not in compliance with Moj community guidelines and terms of use.
• Entries shall be considered valid for the purpose of the contest, only if its content is not derogatory or offensive in any manner whatsoever and complies with the terms of use and community guidelines of Moj.

Eligibility:

• The contest is valid only for individuals over 13 years of age, residing in India (“Contestant”)
• This contest is not open to employees working at Moj or its partners/agencies, their immediate family members or anyone else associated with organising and conducting this contest.

Prizes:

• The 200 semi finalists will be eligible to win Rs. 1000 worth gift voucher each;
• 30 finalists will be eligible to win prizes worth Rs.10000 worth each.
• 5 winners among the finalists will be eligible to win prizes worth 5 Lakh each.
• 1 superstar winner out of the 5 winners will get an additional prize worth 5 Lakh!
• No exchange of the prize is allowed. Prizes are offered on ‘NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND’ and ‘Non-transferable’ basis.
• The prizes shall be delivered to the winners via courier within 60 days of announcement of the winners subject to the winners providing the complete and correct details.
• Moj shall not be liable for any delay or non receipt of prizes by the winner due to any act or omission of third party courier partners and/or due to incomplete or incorrect details shared by the winner.

Selection Criteria:

• Entries that fulfil all the guidelines mentioned in the contest shall be considered as valid and eligible to win.
• Moj reserves the sole discretion in selecting the winners during the audition and semi final round from all the eligible entries received.
• Only one (1) Contestant is eligible to qualify in one (1) category depending on his/her performance, irrespective of the number of entries he/she makes.
• Semi Finalists will be contacted on the same date of their selection to confirm their participation for the semi final round via phone / whatsapp. If they do not respond within 48 hours, the opportunity will be passed on to another deserving candidate.
• Finalists will be contacted on the same date of their selection to confirm their participation for the final round via phone / whatsapp. If they do not respond within 48 hours, the opportunity will be passed on to another deserving candidate.
• Wildcard Contestants will be contacted on the through via phone / WhatsApp. Moj reserves the sole discretion in selecting the wildcard Contestants. If they fail to respond within 48 hours, Moj may at its discretion choose another deserving candidate.
• Moj shall announce the final contest winners on 31st August, 2021 who will win prizes worth Rs.5 Lakh upon conclusion of the contest, which shall be posted on Moj’s official Instagram and Moj’s official handle through a video.
• Announcement of all winners will be at the sole discretion of Moj based on the engagement criteria of the content posted on the platform and any other criteria as decided by Moj, mere participation in the contest does not guarantee any winning or prize money.
• The winner shall be required to send a direct message on a whatsapp number shared by Moj within 72 hours of announcement of the winners and each winner must respond with the correct details within 72 hours to claim his/her prize. In case the winner does not communicate and/or fails to provide required details within these 48 hours, he/she will not be eligible for the prize and the prize shall be transferred to the next eligible winner. Moj shall not be responsible for the winner's failure to share the right details.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• The winners must, at the request of Moj, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Moj Using their name and image in all promotional materials.
• By participating in the contest, each Contestant hereby agrees to receive details and information on this contest, on their respective mobile phones, through SMS or voice calls, during the entire tenure of the contest.
• The winnings/award to be provided is subject to the Contestant creating original quality content satisfactory to Moj, and such other criteria that would be considered at the discretion of the Moj for evaluation of the eligibility of the Contestant for the winnings. No winnings/prize is guaranteed for participation in the contest, the Company at its sole discretion will determine the Contestwho may be eligible to win the prize.
• Moj Reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to amend or modify these terms and conditions, or cancel the contest without any prior notice.
• Moj's decision shall be final in all respects.
• Moj reserves its right to substitute and/or replace the winnings or prize money with an prize or service of equivalent value without prior notice.
• In no event, shall Moj be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant as a result of participating in the contest
